Achievements

2019

On June 28, our school team (Elene Kakulia, Mikheil Papava, Elene Khvedelidze) won the final of the 2019 Nutsa Makhviladze National Debate Tournament. 9th grader Elene Kakulia became the best debater in the republic. The 2 best participants of the winning team were funded to travel to Bratislava for an international debate seminar.

IV grade student Nina Shamugia won the gold diploma (100/100) of the final round of the English Language Olympiad “Kings Georgia”.

In the regional championship of the team intellectual game Brain Fight, the 5th graders won the first place, while the 4th graders successfully competed and advanced to the final stage.

Football Academy TIFA organized a football championship between schools, where the second and third graders of our school won second place.

2018

On May 25, the 9th and 10th grade students of our school participated in the ongoing project – Independence for Freedom at the Presidential Palace with the support of the Reserve Fund. The President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili awarded a certificate to the school. 

 

2017

Davit Kvaratskhelia became the winner of the Civic Education Olympiad.

 

2016

Luka Liparteliani became the winner of the Civil Olympiad.

The company English Book in Georgia held an intellectual game Quidditch: Intellectual Competition for School, in which our school students participated, took the first place and advanced to the next round. In the final competition held on December 17, our school team, Brain Squeezars, took the second place in Tbilisi. The winning students were awarded with valuable gifts. 

Two students of our school – Anastasia Dombrovskaya and Elene Chivadze won the international children’s competition Draw the Peace organized by the Embassy of France and the international organization Ciub de Chance. Their paintings were exhibited in Paris and were awarded with diplomas and medals. 

2015

Mary Poppins, an English-language musical with the participation of JEJILI students, took the first place at the Tbilisi Amateur Theater Festival IFSSAT. 

School students participated in Oscar Murillo International Art Project (International Art Project – Frequencies).  The project served to raise self-awareness among students. Paintings made on canvas using various techniques were exhibited at the U.S. Metropolitan Museum. 

12th grade student – Zaza Gelashvili was nominated at the Summit of Young Diplomats in Batumi. As a result of the interview, Zaza left for Brussels with full funding as a delegate to the European Parliament.

2014

Giorgi Lukhava won the Republic Olympiad and left for the Tskneti Summer International Camp with funding.

 

2012

Tornike Panjavidze, a 10th grade student, won the conference held at the Student Youth Palace.

 

2011

3 winners of the Republic Olympiad in English Language left for the international camp under the Presidential program. 10th grade student Giorgi Lukhava was in the top ten.

Ani Shekiladze, 11th grade student, became the winner of the International Public Speaking Competition 2011 organized by the international organization English Speaking Union. She traveled with full funding to a one-week seminar in London, UK.

2009

The school had gold and silver medalists – Vakhtang Qelbakiani and Revaz Meskhi.

Within the framework of the program My First Computer, computers were given as gifts to 2 students of Jejili on behalf of the President.

2008

Within the framework of the program “My First Computer”, computers were given as gifts to 6 students of JEJILI by the President

 

2007

Mariam Sikharulidze, 11th grade student, became the winner of the International Public Speaking Competition 2007- organized by the international organization English Speaking Union. She traveled with full funding to a one-week seminar in London, UK.

 

2006

Our school took the first place in the competition From the Word Go held by the British Council throughout Georgia; English-language private and public schools participated in the competition.

Our school became three time winner of Republic Competition organized by debates association EIDEA. In all three cases, students traveled to international camps with funding.

Saba Ustiashvili, IX grade student, was awarded an honorary diploma for participating in a conference organized by the United Nations Foundation. The topic of the conference was Millennium Development Goals in Georgia.

Students of our school became the three-time winners of the competitions organized by the international organization English Speaking Union:

2005

XI grade student Tina Kvirkvelia entered the top ten at the national exams.

 

2004

The students of our school took the second place in the republic competition “I can speak German, I know German” organized by the Goethe Institute.

4th grader Sandro Dalakishvili took 5th place in Republic and 3rd place in Tbilisi in the international mathematical competition Kangaroo.

2001

Student of our school, Sandro Lominashvili took the 3rd place in the District Mathematics Olympiad.

 

2000

The students of our school won the competition Foreign Language Lover held by the Republican Palace of Youth.

Student of our school, Luka Mikelaishvili took the 6th place in the international mathematical competition Kangaroo (7464 participants in total).
Student of our school, Sandro Lominashvili became the winner of the regional round of the Young Mathematicians Olympiad.

Our school was awarded the New Generation grant of the Open Society Georgia Foundation.

1999

Student of our school, Natia Bukia, became the winner of the City Mathematical Olympiad.

• Our school was awarded the grant of Create computer training class of the Open Society Georgia Foundation.

 

1998
